Supported documents

File Clarity accepts PDF and common image formats (JPEG, PNG, WEBP), up to 25MB per file. Content signatures are verified server-side. Scanned pages are interpreted with multimodal AI; there is no guarantee every page is readable.

Document types we aim to identify

• Bank and credit-card statements
• Receipts and invoices
• Checks and payment confirmations
• Tax forms and related notices (organization only — not filing)
• Loan, insurance, and contract paperwork
• General financial correspondence

Limits (honest)

• We do not claim universal document support or perfect classification.
• HEIC/TIFF and office suites are not supported in the current release.
• Projects are capped for safe packaging (see pricing and product limits).
• This product does not create legally sufficient records or tax-compliant filings.
